Option 5 $250 DEPOSIT Half Cow Grass Finished $4.95 per lbs. hanging weight 375lbs-400lbs.

Hanging Weight or Dressed Weight is a weight the processor gives us after the animal has been killed, blood drained, head, hide, feet, entrails & organs removed. The hanging weight usually ranges 60%-64% of the live weight.

Take Home Weight is about 60% of the hanging weight. This % is an estimate. Each animal is slightly different in muscle and fat composition.

Example:

Live weight 1300lbs x 62% avg hanging weight % = 806lbs x .5 (Half Beef)

Hanging Weight 403lbs x 60% avg take home weight % = 241.8 lbs vacuum packaged

Hanging Weight 403lbs. x $4.95/lb=$1994.85 approximately $8.25/lb Take Home Price

All Inclusive pricing! NO HIDDEN FEES or SUPRISES!

Approximately 215-240lbs vacuumed package
